We want all visitors to have a safe and enjoyable experience. By using our self service dog spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. General Use

• The self-service dog spa and equipment is designed for washing dogs only. Please do not allow children or adults in the bath.

• Customers are responsible for handling their dogs at all times and ensuring they are safely inside the bath at all times.

• Dogs must be supervised and under control while inside the spa and not left unattended at any point. 

 

2. Liability & Responsibility

• Dog Wash Swindon is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained while using the spa. The bath attachment/clip is not a restraint and therefore dogs must be restrained in the bath by Owners at all times. Please ensure all equipment is at hand before bathing your dog to prevent needing to leave your dog's side. 

• Owners are responsible for their dogs’ behaviour and any damage they may cause to equipment, the premises, or other customers.

• Customers must follow all posted instructions for using the equipment safely. Deliberate misuse of equipment, where damage is caused, may result in liability for damages. 

 

3. CCTV Monitoring

• The spa is monitored by CCTV, which is required by our insurance. Footage is only reviewed in cases of damage, safety concerns, or operational issues.

• By using the facility, you consent to CCTV monitoring for security and operational purposes.

 

4. Children’s Safety

• Children must be supervised at all times while inside the spa.

• Children must not play, climb, or hang on any spa equipment or fixtures. 

• Parents or guardians are fully responsible for their children’s behaviour and safety while on the premises.

 

5. Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Please clean up after your dog and dispose of waste appropriately.

• Aprons and other provided items must be used responsibly and returned to designated areas.

 

6. Payment & Refunds

• All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for unused time or services unless due to an equipment failure. You can reschedule your booking up to 6 hours before.

• If an issue arises with the equipment please contact us using the number in the confirmation emails.
